How to improve heat transfer performance

1. In order to adapt to the corrosive nature of various solutions, glass lined reactors are sometimes lined with a variety of materials, such as lead lining or ceramic tile lining, and even the vessel body is made of steel or cast iron.

2. Using the scraper of the spiral belt and the anchor impeller in the stagnant fluid can increase the power by two times and almost double the heat transfer coefficient, so it is of practical significance to use the scraper in the viscous material to improve the heat transfer.

Here to remind you that if the equipment is not used, should be properly kept, glass lined reactor should be placed in the warehouse. If placed outdoors, take precautions to prevent rain, especially in cold areas. Before the arrival of winter, need to remove water in tanks, racks and pipes, to avoid glass because of freezing and expansion of damage to the surface, to prevent hard friction, impact and collision.
