2. When choosing the power of the crane, do not forget to calculate the weight of the bracket, usually 15% of the weight of the container. At the same time, in order to avoid any mechanical stress to large containers, we suggest using two cranes or a lifting beam.
3. Use a complete fiber sling:It is forbidden to use fulcrum to turn the equipment before hoisting.
The equipment should be placed on a high enough wooden bar, the equipment will be rotated to pipe, floor and other accessories of the installation location, not damaged.
Rotate the glass-lined equipment with a lifting ring, place the equipment in the position of the next handling operation, and secure the equipment in the proper position with a wooden wedge.
4. When using hook-and-loop, it is strongly recommended to use hook-and-loop matching with the lifting lug. When using the hook, make sure that the hook size is just right and that the outer wall of the device does not form a small lever. Handle with care to avoid any impact to the container.
5. The use of textile slings for hoisting equipment is recommended, as the use of hinges and hooks is dangerous, as hinges and hooks may collide with glass-lined equipment containers and damage the expired enamel coating.
6. It is forbidden to use nozzles as lifting lugs, which must be replaced by lifting lugs designed on the equipment. If the metal plate sealing lifting lug, prohibit the use of metal plate sealing lifting lug.
The application of glass lined reactor becomes more and more, but it has a great disadvantage is easy to break, which requires our users in the use of the process of protection, maintenance preparation, we should protect ourselves from accidents when we are hoisting.
