From the heat exchange point of view the glass-lined reactor with ordinary standard jacked can obtain a larger heat exchange area, but the flow speed in the jacket is slow and the heat transfer system is low, while the glass-lined reactor with half pipe jacket has a slightly smaller heat exchange area, but the flow speed is fast and the heat exchange system is high.
